TThe conference will run for 3 full days from the morning of Thursday 5th July to Saturday 7th July. The programme for each day will run from approximately 9am - 6pm. In keeping with previous IMRF meetings, there will be no parallel talk sessions, allowing participants to attend a maximum of talks. There will also be a poster session run each day.

A detailed programme is expected to be published by the end of April, once abstract acceptances have been finalised.

There will be an official opening and welcome cocktail on Thursday evening, and a conference dinner is organised for Friday evening.

Maximum poster size is 110 cm wide by 120 cm tall.
